This conference aims to bring together researchers from different disciplines to offer new perspectives on multilingualism through a supra-spatiotemporal scope.<\/p>\n<p>The papers concerned with the following six topics will be preferred:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Language and multi-culturalism<\/li>\n<li>Language, mind, and brain in a multilingual context<\/li>\n<li>Literature and multi-culturalism<\/li>\n<li>Multilingualism in Islamic societies<\/li>\n<li>TESOL and foreign language education<\/li>\n<li>Translation and cross-cultural phenomena<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>Submission Guideline<\/u><\/p>\n<p>An abstract in English or Mandarin Chinese of max. 350 words should be sent to Dr. Su <a href=\"mailto:isu@nccu.edu.tw\">isu@nccu.edu.tw<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:chingan@nccu.edu.tw\">chingan@nccu.edu.tw<\/a>, accompanied by a brief curriculum vitae by<strong> Feb. 11, 2019<\/strong>. A notification of acceptance will be issued on 15 March 2019.
